Durability

Thanks to the BAK quality build, made in Switzerland, the BAK ExOn 1 extrusion gun features a longer lifetime. BAK extrusion welders are built using the new “Flicker regulation” and feature fewer wear parts than other extruder brands, including on the rod feed system. In addition, each extruder’s main screw and cylinder barrel are made out of tempered steel for further durability.

Precision

The BAK ExOn 1 features the patented temperature measurement system by Dohle (Germany). The thermocouple is located inside the mass barrel on the outlet, guaranteeing perfect temperature control. Plus, the set and actual temperature are displayed at the same time, allowing you to perform plastic extrusion in an even more precise way.

Flexibility

This plastic extruder is not only more lightweight, it can also be upgraded with a revolving head with integrated preheat nozzle to weld in any direction and features a rotatable handle.

Performance

Thanks to its cold start protection by mass and air temperature, the BAK ExOn 1 extrusion gun is more performant when it comes to plastic extrusion. Its integrated thermo protects the drive machines and makes for easier maintenance.
