Shipping Policy

PROCESSING TIMES
All orders for stock items are shipped in 2 days of receipt of order. Non-stock items are subject to the manufacturer’s availability and will be confirmed at time of order. Orders are then billed the day of shipment. Shipment tracking numbers are available upon request.

SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Hapco, Inc. utilizes UPS and FedEx for small package and LTL shipments from our facilities. Shipping charges and delivery schedules are based on these shipping services and are billed to you at time of shipment. Please indicate if you have your own shipping service or account you prefer to use for your shipments. UPS and FedEx currently cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. We will need a physical address to send your shipment to.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Hapco, Inc. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

DAMAGES OR LOSS

If you received your order damaged or missing items, please contact your sales representative, or our Service Department within 10 business days of receipt for instructions. Please save all packaging materials along with the damaged goods.
