Return Policy

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If you wish to return a product purchased from Hapco, Inc., please contact your sales representative directly, or our Service Department within 30 days of receipt of your order for instructions. All returns require a Return of Merchandise Authorization (RMA). In cases where a product is found defective, an exchange may be available. Otherwise, a refund will be offered.

The product must be in the same condition you received it, undamaged in anyway, and possess all original packaging, documents, and accessories.

Return shipping costs may be covered by Hapco, Inc. if the return is a result of our error or a defective product. We recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

RESTOCKING FEES

A 25% restocking fee will be charged on returns that are not a result of our error or a defective product.

REFUNDS

After we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be sent to your original method of payment, or in the case a payment has not been made at the time of return, a credit will be issued to your account. Please allow up to 15 business days from our receipt of your item to process your return of exchange.

RESTRICTIONS

Products that have been opened or otherwise show use and wear, are not eligible for exchange or return, unless proven defective. Return or exchange requests will not be accepted after 30 days from the date of delivery.
