1. When I call there, I actually get to talk to a human, not a Voice Menu. And they even put the call through. I have yet to get the "I'm telling you I am away from my desk but really I just don't want to talk to you and maybe I'll check my messages sometime later today." message.
2. When I first called you last Thursday, you actually called back with information like you said you would.
3. When I called you on Monday you actually remembered me and had saved your notes.
4. I received the generator in two days like the system is supposed to work. It didn't take a few days just to fill the order.
5. Again today, you left a message like you said you would. Do you know how many people don't follow through these days?

In 2008 we purchased a walker welder from Hapco only to plug it into a generator that wasnt sufficient power. We in turn burnt up a brand new machine. Hapco fixed the machine at no charge to us.
